Generally fees are: $150 (puppies up to 6 months) and $125 ( dogs 6 months and older)

All ARFF MO dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations as appropriate for age and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months of age will need a rabies and Distemper/Parvo shot when they are old enough to receive it. Please fill in all boxes with an * *asterisk*** on your application!
